Agnieszka Rafalska ’12 serves as Head of Legal M&A for North America at EQT, a global investment organization with Nordic roots and €266 billion in assets under management as of June 30, 2025. In this role, she oversees legal aspects of transactions across EQT’s private equity and infrastructure platforms throughout the investment lifecycle.

In 2025, Agnieszka was honored with the Rising Star award by United Way of New York City in recognition of her professional impact and leadership. Prior to EQT, she spent over six years at Apollo Global Management, where she was a member of the in-house legal team and received The M&A Advisor’s Emerging Leaders Award for her contributions to the industry.

Agnieszka began her legal career at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, advising leading corporate and sponsor clients on a wide range of high-stakes transactions. She earned her A.B. in Social Studies, magna cum laude, from Harvard College, and her J.D. from Yale Law School.
