We are delighted to invite you to attend an Alumni Breakfast in New York featuring Jay Clayton, United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York and former Chair of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (2017-2020). Mr. Clayton will discuss current priorities for the SDNY, including financial markets-related crimes and investigations, and how those priorities were determined and will be pursued. Sarath Sanga ’14, YLS Professor of Law and Center Co-Director, will give welcoming remarks, and David M. Zornow ’80, Of Counsel, White Collar Defense and Investigations, Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates, YLS Visiting Lecturer in Law, and Center Fellow, will moderate the conversation.


The Alumni Breakfast is not open to the press.


CLE Credit Available:

Yale Law School has been certified by the New York State Continuing Legal Education Board as an Accredited Provider of CLE programs. One and one half (1.5) CLE credit hours in Professional Practice will be available for this program, which is appropriate for both newly admitted and experienced attorneys. Preregistration is required for CLE credit. You must be present for the entire program to receive CLE credit; we cannot give partial CLE credit for partial attendance.
